How long does window tint last?

The lifespan depends on the tint type. Dyed tints last 3-5 years, carbon tints 5-10 years, ceramic tints 10-15 years, and nano-ceramic tints can last 15-20+ years. All our ceramic and nano-ceramic tints come with a lifetime warranty.

Is window tint legal?

Window tint laws vary by state and window position. California has specific VLT requirements, especially for front windows, so we walk you through compliant options. We can recommend VLT levels based on your vehicle and local requirements.

How long does installation take?

A typical sedan takes 2-3 hours for a complete installation. SUVs and larger vehicles may take 3-4 hours. We recommend scheduling your appointment with enough time for proper curing.

Can I wash my car after tinting?

Wait at least 3-5 days before washing your windows after installation. This allows the tint to fully cure and adhere to the glass. After the curing period, you can clean the windows normally with ammonia-free cleaners.

Will window tint affect my visibility at night?

Quality ceramic tints maintain excellent clarity day and night. We recommend 35% VLT or higher for front side windows to ensure safe nighttime visibility. Our technicians will help you choose the right darkness level for your needs.

Does window tint block GPS and phone signals?

Our ceramic and nano-ceramic tints do not interfere with electronic signals. Only metallic-based tints can cause signal interference, which is why we exclusively use ceramic technology.
